Online application

Visit jobs.citrix.com to find the right job for you. Search by keyword, team, or location. There's no limit on the number of times you can apply for careers at Citrix! When you find a great career, click "Apply now".

You will be redirected to our application process, which starts in Candidate Home. First-time applicants create a new Candidate Home profile, and returning applicants login to their existing account. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the application process.

We respect your time, and want you to have a great experience with us, so we have designed our online application to be short. The average time spent completing the application is 8-10 minutes. You can check the status of your application at any time by visiting Candidate Home.

Recruiter connect

The recruiter interview is often a phone call that takes place after submission of your application. Your recruiter is your guide throughout your journey with Citrix Talent Acquisition, and wants to learn more about you and your passions. You can also use this time to better understand the job opportunity and the day-to-day life in the role.

Online assessment (depending on role type)

For certain job types we use assessments, like an online coding session for software engineering roles. It's an opportunity to really show us what you know! We'll inform you if an online assessment is required.
