Compensation Analyst

Role Overview

  • The Equity team is responsible for the management of the company’s long-term incentive plans including restricted stock units (RSUs), stock options, and retention cash, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

  • We are looking for an Analyst who can support the administration of our Equity and Compensation plans 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration of the company’s equity plans, including grants, vesting, repurchases, and terminations

  • Assist with long-term incentive modeling, complex data analyses, and data requests

  • Collaborate with team on cyclical long-term incentive grant events (annual and quarterly awards)

  • Maintain accurate records of equity transactions in the equity administration system and Workday

  • Reconcile equity data between the equity administration system, Workday, and payroll

  • Assist with budget tracking

  • Provide equity-related reporting to finance, legal, M&A, and HR partners

  • Support the implementation of of new equity plans and system upgrades

  • Assist with audits and internal controls related to equity administration

  • Analyze and summarize long-term incentive market data

  • Actively engage with the team and support day-to-day operational activities

  • Assists the Compensation team to provide data analytics support for various compensation programs and projects as needed

  • Prepares and distributes compensation reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and providing clear insights

  • Assists in the preparation of compensation-related data for external surveys and internal audits

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

  • 0-2 years of experience in Finance

  • Strong data management background

  • Ability to work with large volumes of data across multiple systems

  • Exceptional proficiency in Excel, including automation and running macros

  • Proficiency with Google Sheets

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong financial acumen

  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities
