About This Team:
Our Consultant team delivers high-impact technical consulting to Citrix’s most strategic customers. As part of Citrix’s Unified Services offering, we provide expert guidance across desktop virtualization, networking, security, and observability to help customers maximize the value of their Citrix deployments and drive long-term business impact.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
As a Citrix Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering technical consulting services to key enterprise accounts in Japan. These services are provided as part of Citrix’s strategic investment and are designed to ensure successful adoption, expansion into new use cases, and full value realization of Citrix solutions.
You will:
Lead or support technical engagements in one or more core solution areas: design, deployment, optimization, and best practices
Drive adoption of new use cases, aligned with customer priorities and Citrix’s strategic direction
Influence enterprise architecture decisions and support scalable, long-term platform utilization
Deliver measurable outcomes around user experience, security posture, and operational efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally with ATS, AE, and Partners to ensure alignment and continuity
Solve moderately complex issues based on experience and analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement
Provide guidance to junior consultants and internal teams as needed
Required Experience / Skills:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:
・Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
・Enterprise Networking (e.g., Citrix NetScaler or comparable platforms)
・Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
・Observability and Telemetry Tools
・Public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Experience in technical implementation, solution adoption, or operational enablement within enterprise environments
Ability to identify and drive new solution use cases within existing customer landscapes
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Language Requirements:
Native-level Japanese proficiency is required for customer-facing activities
Business-level English proficiency is required for internal collaboration and documentation
Optional Experience / Skills:
Experience with hybrid cloud deployments, Windows 365, Enterprise Browser solutions, or Observability solutions
Background in pre-sales, customer success, or partner enablement roles is a plus
