As the Customer Advocacy Manager, you will have an important role in helping grow ShareFile’s presence in the market, supporting a +$200M business realizing double digit growth in a fast growing market. Your Goal: Demonstrate how ShareFile can help teams, organizations and companies deliver business results by amplifying the stories of our customers.


Role Overview:

Now, let’s get to the details. The Customer Advocacy manager is responsible for delivering customer stories, references and reviews to communicate the value our ShareFile product portfolio can bring to our target audience. This includes:

  • Identify, engage, and capture private and public references
  • Develop and maintain a customer reference database
  • Conduct quarterly customer councils
  • Secure customers for internal and external events
  • Working with marketers and product marketers to develop customer-centric messaging and campaigns
  • Run campaigns in-product, out-of-product, and with review sites to increase positive reviews
  • Involvement in passion projects and opportunities within ShareFile

  • Present effectively to both internal and external groups
  • Develop written content for internal audiences
  • Demonstrate curiosity and a desire to grow

Your Superhero Uniform includes:

  • An MBA is preferred, but not required
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • 5 years of technology product/content/marketing experience, with specific experience in B2B and/or SaaS welcome
