Role Overview:  As an Engagement Nurture Marketing Manager on the ShareFile marketing team, you will manage programs supporting the lead lifecycle. This includes delivering relevant, useful, and timely content and resources to all segments of the prospect and customer base to maximize engagement and interest in ShareFile. This role is responsible for capturing, nurturing, and progressing customer and prospect contacts through the digital marketing funnel through multiple channels including email, digital display, social media and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evolving the email and multi-channel marketing automation strategy to effectively drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

Role Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and execute campaigns while continually monitoring and optimizing performance.
  • Manage campaign data, segmentation, understand scoring factors and drive lead generation and eCommerce conversions.
  • Have a strategic mindset and ability to successfully build, manage, scale and optimize engagement nurture programs
  • Have working knowledge of planning and implementing segmented nurture streams and transitions based on prospect behavior & funnel stage progression
  • Optimize campaigns to increase response rates, engagement, and drive measurable pipeline
  • Leverage experience with A/B and multivariate testing to continually optimize impact of campaign efforts
  • Gather and analyze campaign results and apply learnings to future iterations of engagement nurture campaigns
  • Define segmentation criteria to manage prospect lists by buyer persona, industry, and or product category for engagement nurture programs
  • Map and document engagement nurture strategy, automation processes, programs and procedures

Your Superhero Uniform Includes:

  • BA/BS in marketing, or related field. MBA a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience driving impactful results-oriented nurture programs
  • Passion for B2B communications with strong experience in multi-channel marketing
  • Experience building multi-channel nurture programs through CRM or marketing automation systems a must, Marketo and Hubspot preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working with data to drive campaigns and inform engagement strategy

  • Experience with optimization and A/B testing
  • Track record of successful and collaborative cross-functional relationships
  • Ability and interest in hands-on work and being closely engaged in all levels of marketing execution from strategy to execution
  • Strong verbal skills and history of effective communication
  • Proactive, resourceful, detail oriented and flexible
