About the role

The Enablement Content Manager, reporting to the Director of Enablement, is the central point of contact for our external enablement partners, managing key relationships and ensuring our enablement initiatives are executed flawlessly. You also own monitoring of content build and deployment, whether it is for a sales kickoff or as part of a role-based learning journey, or readiness webinar. You will work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to align on project goals and deliverables. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to make a significant impact on our enablement workflow. You will have the chance to work with a diverse group of talented people and help shape how we deliver content to our audience.  The role is ideal for a candidate with a strong program management mindset, exceptional cross-functional coordination skills, and a passion for improving how support teams acquire knowledge, respond to product changes, and deliver seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison with external enablement agencies/vendors. This includes onboarding new enablement agencies, managing the initiatives during the life cycle of their engagement, and ensuring they meet our quality standards and deadlines.

  • Coordinate content and facilitation needs for events such as sales kickoff, internal webinars, or enablement sessions at customer events

  • Monitor project scope, set timelines, and manage resources to ensure all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Build relationships with internal teams to understand their needs and translate those into clear briefs for our external vendors. 

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across internal teams to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals and outcomes.

  • Provide regular updates to the Enablement team, broader Marketing organization, and stakeholders.

  • Ensure a seamless flow of information between our internal teams and external agencies

Key Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to clearly articulate project requirements, provide constructive feedback, and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to your work. You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without letting anything fall through the cracks.

  • The ability to anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions. You should be comfortable thinking on your feet and navigating complex situations. Be a problem finder as well as a problem solver.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace suites

  • Experience with BigTinCan and AI-tools a plus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience

  • Experience in a project management or vendor management role, ideally within a learning, content, marketing, or agency environment.
