Role Overview
What you’ll be responsible for
As an Enablement Specialist, you’ll be working across the team with our best and brightest to identify what makes our best people successful, and then distill those lessons into digestible content for the team. Your primary internal customer will be customer facing teams, and you’ll also be working with our other cross-functional teams to ensure everyone is up to speed.
Here's what we need you to do so we can take first place:
· Stakeholder Engagement – Participate in regular engagement with customer facing leaders and cross functional stakeholders (Product Mgmt, Operations, Systems,etc) to understand evolving sales/support needs
· Readiness – Participate in executing against the rhythm of business for enablement (capture requirements, support prioritization and planning the readiness roadmap). Ensure enablement is tightly connected to the business unit strategy and GTM motions.
· Content Creation & Readiness Delivery – Design and deliver enablement content across a variety of training modalities to teach new skills and drive performance. As needed, partner with cross functional specialists or 3rd parties. Maintain a highly effective learning library that delivers specific real time field requirements.
· Program Delivery - Coordinate, produce & run full cycle enablement programs Monitor customer facing team objectives and results as they relate to enablement sessions, asynchronous learning modules and workshop attendance.
· Continuous Learning: Participate in skills gaps analysis to identify areas of improvement and mitigate future risk.
· Sales Training Events – This role will be responsible for co-creating and delivering ad-hoc, quarterly, and annual training events
· Flexibility & Prioritized Execution - Clearly establish priorities across multiple initiatives while easily pivoting.
Your Superhero Uniform Includes:
· BA/BS degree in a business-related field
· 3 years’ experience in full cycle sales roles and/or sales training adjacent role
· Experienced in digital and blended learning; LMS knowledge is a plus
· Superb content management skills (familiarity with creating learning content, managing content repository and collaboration tools, etc.)
· Experience with Sales Systems & Sales Enablement Tools (Salesforce, Service Cloud, SalesLoft, LinkedInNavigator, DiscoverOrg) a plus
· Sales methodology knowledge (Challenger, Counselor Sales, MEDDIC) a plus
· Support methodology knowledge a plus (Knowledge Centered Support)
· Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
· Ability to work remotely with flexible hours to accommodate multiple time zones.
