As a Manager of Preferred Accounts, you will lead a sales team committed to advising our customers on taking advantage of our digital capabilities to deliver business outcomes with their clients.

 

Role Overview:

  •  Leadership:
  • Act as a player/coach who actively participates in customer calls and visits.
  • Develops strategic plan for achieving team quota and implements initiatives to exceed.
  • Identifies and addresses challenges and opportunities beyond the scope of their current role to enhance business results.
  • Collaborates with professionals and peers beyond the sales organization showing an ability to influence and build consensus.
  • Solicits regular feedback on process improvements and makes recommendations to senior leadership on implementation.
  • Sales Acumen:
  • Clear ability to drive the corporate business strategy and uses the appropriate corporate resources to achieve goals.
  • Forecasting accuracy within +/- 5% of attainment.
  • Leverages KPI’s to measure success of the business and performance of the individual contributor.

 

Your Superhero Uniform Includes:        

  • 2-4 years management experience leading a B2B, discreet quota carrying sales teams or 5+ years’ experience in a B2B, discreet quota carrying sales role in the technology industry.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent industry experience

 

Your Superhero Strengths Include:

  • Cloud or software sales experience.
  • Knowledge of Citrix and/or Citrix Certifications.
  • Proven ability to lead high performance sales organization.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience selling in two-tier partner models with proven success in channel sales.
