Role Overview:   The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for managing the implementation of the marketing communications strategy and programs, including the planning, implementing and monitoring ShareFile’s organic social media strategy and execution. This role will propel the ShareFile brand image through consistent messaging and strategy. He/She will create and manage a social content calendar to build community online, analyze engagement data, and identify trends in customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have direct experience copywriting and in content management. Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills are key for this role.

Role Responsibilities:  

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy to increase awareness and drive engagement
• Design, develop and distribute consistent themes, messaging and branding throughout all communication
• Create social media content calendar, craft compelling content, and oversee all social media content that will be engaging for ShareFile audiences
• Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and ShareFile, and ensure a positive customer service experience
• Develop plans to grow followers on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube
• Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies and monitor their success
• Create internal and external resources required for communication
• Ensure that project milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate with agency partners / vendors to produce effective materials

Your Superhero Uniform Includes:

• BA/BS degree required, business, journalism, communications or marketing preferred
• 3 - 7 years of marketing, communications and/or social media experience

Your Superhero Strengths Include:  

• Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Organized and able to multitask
• Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite or HubSpot
