This new business unit is unique, and we certainly aren’t afraid to stand out from the crowd and tackle the bigger competitors.

As the Partner Accounts Manager (CSA) you will develop and implement programs that increase sales for ShareFile and make it easy for partners to do business with ShareFile business unit. These programs are central to delivering on the ShareFile partner strategy. This hands-on role serves as the execution arm for developing new partners and expanding our relationships with existing partners relevant to the ShareFile strategic GTM plans.

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with numerous virtual team members that are responsible operational tasks in administering partner programs with ShareFile Solution Advisors (CSA) and industry-based partner.
  • Drive net new and existing annual recurring revenue with both existing partner business but including expansion into new areas of the business.
  • Accurate and timely opportunity forecasting of the combination of net new and current annual recurring revenue.
  • Ensure that program membership processes and systems are operating as designed with regards to application, internal approval, legal agreement acceptance, benefits/requirements administration, renewal, and termination, all leveraging cross-functional and virtual teams across the company.
  • Collaborate with the team that runs operational tasks in administering incentive programs that provide a discount or a rebate to partners. Ensure the timely and accurate payment of rebates, addressing issues and maintaining clear processes to for tens of millions of dollars paid to our partners annually.
  • Develop strong, positive relationships with key executive partners across the business. Skillfully manage across a matrix environment; seek avenues to leverage/align with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Products and Supply Chain to align goals/objectives of the business unit.

Your Superhero Uniform Includes:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a program, operations and/or strategy roles.
  • Prior experience with a fast growth SaaS technology company highly preferred.
  • Channel expertise in 1 Tier, 2 Tier, Service Provider and Distribution Routes to Market
  • Approaches problems that ensure effective resolutions.

  • Accountable for the identification, recruitment on-boarding and execution with partners in alignment with the ShareFile business unit
