We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Financials and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Cloud Financials and EPM solutions to drive financial transformation and operational excellence. This role involves close collaboration with Finance, IT, and cross-functional business teams to deliver end-to-end system solutions.
Lead or support implementations of Oracle Fusion Financial modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and Cash Management.
Configure and maintain setups, workflows, SLA rules, and accounting rules.
Monitor and troubleshoot integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
Manage period close activities and provide ongoing production support.
Create functional designs, test scripts, UAT scenarios, and training documentation.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams for reports, OTBI/dashboards, data conversions, and extensions (ADF/REST API).
Implement or support modules such as FCCS, PCMCS, EPBCS, ARCS, or EDMCS.
Work with Finance teams to design planning, budgeting, consolidation, account reconciliation, and reporting models.
Configure metadata, business rules, calculation scripts, dashboards, and data mappings.
Support month-end and year-end consolidation and reporting cycles.
Develop Smart View templates, financial reports, and data validation frameworks.
Manage integrations between EPM Cloud, ERP Cloud, and external systems.
15+ years of experience in Oracle Financials and/or Oracle EPM Cloud.
Strong functional knowledge of finance processes: Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), FA, Tax, Cash & Treasury.
Hands-on experience in at least5 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate into system design.
Proficiency in tools: OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, Data Management, EPM Automate, FDMEE.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, consolidations, and planning cycles.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working in Agile/Waterfall project environments.
