Job Responsibilities:
Evaluation of overall operational execution, including the people, processes, tools, and identification of operational inefficiencies and areas for improvement
Redesign existing business processes, improving their effectiveness, enhancing the workflows involved, and optimizing performance.
Identify, review, and validate opportunities for the organization to improve its overall effectiveness in terms of revenue, costs, profit, market share by understanding the business and market and executing against defined strategic objectives
Perform workforce planning across the corporate functions for mergers and acquisitions, to ensure attainment of the financial goals of corporate development initiatives
Responsible for end-to-end M&A integration (or divestiture separation) including performing operational assessments, developing plans and programs, as well as execution of those programs and attainment of outcomes in support of overall business objectives. This includes coordination and oversight to all cross-functional teams involved.
Deliver the execution of TSA (transition service agreements) post deal close with respective teams that are accountable for agreement terms. This includes evaluation performance of each term, management of the billings, and close out of all terms to complete the TSA within the defined timelines.
Responsible for planning required activities, prioritizing, sequencing and holding teams accountable for execution of integration or separation of organizations (respectively for mergers or divestitures)
Facilitate onboarding and subsequently managing consulting partners hired for pre to post close transaction activities (for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures)
Create and enforce operational playbook focused on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
Perform post-deal reviews, and continuously enhance integration capabilities and playbook through process improvement, performance measurement, and team development
Work closely with cross-functional leaders and teams to align resources and oversee ongoing integration activities from on-boarding to completion of go-to-market and functional integrations
Support financial analysis and modeling required to validate the initiation and implementation of strategic initiatives
Partner with teams to gather and vet business case assumptions and underlying rationale for implementing strategic initiatives
Storyboard presentations and develop decks for the Office of the CEO, strategic project outputs and other relevant topics
Manage day-to-day aspects of team projects including project planning, resource management, timeline management, and leading working sessions with business partners
Understanding key drivers of revenues and expenses; identifying the most important Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate company performance
Supporting the Office of the CEO in internal assessments, pilots, and launching of new workflows and process efficiencies
Conducting project management and requirements gathering for new initiatives which may involve operations, marketing and product
Collaborating with teams across the organization to implement operational improvements
