Role Overview: As the Senior Content Strategist, you will own the content strategy for ShareFile products using research and understanding of the customer journey to create a clear and compelling story from pre-sales through post-sale adoption aligned to our business goals.

What you can expect daily:

  • Establish our editorial voice and oversee the writing style / tone for all content
  • Develop editorial strategy and plan and manage the editorial calendar
  • Work with stakeholders to create, review and gain consensus around strategies, standards and topics
  • Create, write, edit, and work with 3rd parties and agencies to execute on content experiences tailored for web, digital and social platforms
  • Ensure consistency of message across all content channels
  • Oversee the development of new content channels
  • Conduct content audits and gap analyses to determine new content opportunities and make channel selection recommendations
  • Track and evaluate content KPIs; analyze content marketing strategy to determine effectiveness
  • Analyze data to identify trends and anticipate customer / user needs

Your Superhero Uniform Includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism or related field
  • 7-9 years proven experience creating and executing content strategies
  • Background in writing, journalism, and content development
  • Sound knowledge of content management systems, keyword research tools, social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM)
