As a Senior Software Engineer on the Onboarding and Billing teams, you will help define the next generation of our customer onboarding and billing experiences.  Your goal: build the systems and user experiences that allow our customers to manage their entitlements and billing. This team is currently Hiring three senior software Engineers of administrator experiences in the Raleigh, NC area. 

Role Overview:

Now, let’s get to the details. This role will act as a technical leader on their team with a focus on developing back-end services that properly provision new customer accounts and allow existing customers to manage their entitlements and billing.

This includes:

  • Strategy
    • Trusted Advisor: As a senior engineer in the Onboarding and Billing area, the team will be looking to you to design and build systems that allow our customers and business stakeholders to efficiently and effectively do their jobs.
    • Building the Right Things:  Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that they have the systems and behaviors in place when they need them.
    • Subject Matter Expert (SME):  Serve as an SME for features owned by the Onboarding and Billing area.
  • Execution
    • Technical Excellence:  Drive high-quality design and implementation of systems and user experiences related to customer onboarding and billing.
    • Leadership:  Act as a technical leader and mentor for members of the Onboarding and Billing teams.
    • Stakeholder Engagement – Contribute to regular engagements with critical cross-functional stakeholders such as other engineering teams, product design, PM, marketing, and operations.

Your Superhero uniform Includes:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a software engineer developing scalable and resilient event-driven and API-based microservices using C# and SQL/NoSQL data storage.
  • Demonstrated history of providing high-quality solutions to complex technical challenges.
  • An ability to receive ambiguous requirements and work with stakeholders to refine them into clear and concise ones that others on your team can execute against.
