Job Description
The Customer Experience Enablement team is part of Citrix Customer Success business unit. The team’s primary objective is to provide technical & process training for Customer Success employees. The Senior Enablement Specialist develops individual components or deliverables (i.e., hands-on lab exercises and lab environments, on-demand training content (eLearning), presentations, and new hire onboarding program, student evaluations/exams) as part of training projects. In this role, you may personally instruct participants via instructor-led training, lab simulations, and/or virtual training methods.
Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
Demonstrated ability to effectively present technical training material to various audiences (Support, Technical Account Managers, etc.). Includes non-traditional delivery methods such as training remote audiences through alternative technologies including videoconferencing and webinars.
Demonstrated ability to create high quality, advanced technical training collateral; including presentations, lab documentation and setup guides, whitepapers, knowledge base documents, and training videos.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead content development projects.
Required Experience/Skills
Viewed as having a specialty within a subject area. May have a broad knowledge of project management.
Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
5+ years of experience in deployment, configuration, or support of the Citrix core product (such as Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Workspace Environment Management, Citrix App Layering, Citrix Provisioning, Citrix Endpoint Management, Citrix Gateway).
