Senior Product Manager, Sharing and Collaboration

As a Senior Product Manager, you will advance our product vision to make it easier to securely get work done and streamline collaboration workflows.

Role Overview:

Here is where you will make a difference:

  • You will improve our customers’ experience by delivering an integrated experience with focus on document sharing, organization, and collaboration workflows across the solution.
  • You will improve client experience and accelerate business results by enabling internal and external stakeholders to better collaborate and execute document-based transactions faster.

Here's what we need you to do so we can take first place:

  • Bridge the technical and business worlds understanding and prioritizing the key opportunities we need to invest in.
  • Actively contribute to the business unit vision, strategy for our collaboration solutions and be accountable for a key domain area focused on document sharing and collaboration tools.
  • Collaborate in an empowered team including User Research and Product Analytics, Product Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Translate your product vision into incremental value and delivery while planning with an API first mindset.
  • Own the product roadmap and continuously experiment, validate, define, and track market-leading solutions and outcomes.
  • Initiate qualitative customer research and data analysis to communicate product vision to senior management and various stakeholders.
  • Translate business-level target metrics into tangible product improvements.
  • Measure the impact of delivered product improvements and plan for optimization and growth.


Your Superhero uniform Includes:

  • College Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Attention to detail and curiosity for customer needs.
  • Technical background with successful history of translating technical information into clear language.
  • 5+ years of hands-on product management experience in an Agile environment.
  • Proven track record of working closely with product designers and a keen curiosity about user experience.
  • Proven track record of creating, validating, and prioritizing a healthy product backlog.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful features in an established product. 
  • Ability to put data as the main driver in product planning and execution.


Your Superhero Strengths Include:

  • Experience in B2B cloud software preferred. Experience with small and medium business customers a plus. 
  • Domain expertise within file sync and share, client collaboration, and/or agreement workflows is a plus.
  • Domain expertise within professional services or highly regulated domains such as finance, legal or accounting is a plus.
