As a Senior Purchasing Analyst,  you review, manage and execute contracts, you will have a seat at the table with our Leaders and Executive team to create & drive the procurement engine to support a +$200M business realizing double digit growth in a fast-growing market.  Your goal: Create easy procurement processes, work swiftly, and ensure proper controls in order to support our ShareFile business.

Role Overview:

Now, let’s get to the details. Your role is to review, manage and execute contract related documentation in a timely manner.  You will be the point person for anything procurement related for the ShareFile business unit.  This includes:

Strategy

• Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor for Executives on any risks to the business
• Annual Planning:  Serve as a key stakeholder driving the annual transition/planning process helping drive to ideal spend initiatives through procurement strategies
• Subject Matter Expert (SME):  Serve as an SME for all procurement processes, including new SOWs, New and Renewal of Contractors, contracting policies, procedures, contract templates, forms, and other materials. (Oracle Procurement)

Execution

• Perform independently, take initiative, and provide creative solutions to complex problems.
• Provide Recommendations: Drafts and recommends new and revised contracting policies, procedures, contract templates, forms and other materials.
• Negotiate agreements in accordance with Cloud Software Group guidelines. Negotiate Master Agreements, NDA’s, statements of work, commercial terms, rate cards, and other terms as appropriate to optimize value for ShareFile
• Execute Contacts: Review and administer agreements in alignment with Cloud Software Group Guidelines.  Execute amendments, addendums, letters , and other contract-related correspondence
• Lead the contract renewal process: including stakeholder engagement, commercial term and contract negotiation
• Manage and handle escalations in the contracting process appropriately
• Forecast Management:  Partner with FP&A and Executive to ensure closest to pin expense forecasting. 
• Continuous Improvement & Automation
• Continuous Improvement & Automation – Take a continues improvement lens to all procurement processes. Practice continuous improvement to simplify the business & shift from reactive to proactive & predictive. 

Your Superhero Uniform Includes:

• 7+ years related experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of contract review principles and legal terminology
• Strong knowledge of Procurement practices
• Proven capability to create, facilitate and negotiate contract terms
• Subject matter expert with comprehensive knowledge of contract management
• Strong undergraduate degree in a related discipline – business, finance, management, or corporate law
• Proficiency with Procure-To-Pay software required (ideally Oracle, & NetSuite)
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications required: Word (document review and redlining Excel (V-Lookups, pivot tables, formulas)
• Relevant Professional certifications (ISM, IACCM, CCMA, etc.) desirable
