Staff Full Stack Engineer

As a Staff Full Stack Engineer, you are well rounded in the practice of managing and driving software development application life cycle. You enrich teams with their ability to work on the current need: front-end and back-end, cloud, or anything in between. You are a self-driven, enthusiastic Staff Software Engineer with a continuous learning mindset, a passion for technology, and a can-do positive/pro-active attitude. You are a team player with strong written and verbal communication skills You're passionate about implementing functionality in incremental slices of value for the sole purpose of delighting the customer. Role Overview:
Working across Full Stack Development: Working on the Front-end, Back-end and everything in between.
This role will be a little more heavily leaning with the Front-end technologies, with around 60% leveraging Front-end development tools and 40% with Back-end development tools.
Takes pride in their work in delivering and deploying software applications that matters to your End-Users. Help to design, build, and roll out modern and consistent User-Experience across all devices with the best enterprise performance, modernization, and security.
Working as a part of an Agile software development team.
Bringing energy to the team and working to tackle problems before they occur.
Build solutions based on microservice design principles and repeatable processes.
Develop, train and mentor Software Engineers.
Your Superhero uniform Includes:
Minimum of 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience with emphasis on front-end development.
Bachelor's degree or master's degree from an accredited University or equivalent in a technical field; Computer Science highly preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency with at least 2 or more of the following technologies C# Net, NET Microservices, Asp .NET Core, and DevOps tools/technologies.
Experience with 2 or more of the following technologies: Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, GO, Node.js, React or Angular.
Proficiency with Datastores: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cosmos DB.
Fundamental knowledge and previous experience working with Cloud platforms; AWS, Azure or GCP is required.
Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals; Algorithms and Data structures is required.
Demonstrated experience in writing clean code in large codebases is required.
This role will require excellent communications skills, must be a proactive problem solver, be highly motivated, have a strong need to achieve and have a passion for leading and mentoring others.

Performance-drive, multi-tenant application development.
Previous experience working in a development CI/CD environment.
Experience leading, training, developing and mentoring Junior Engineers.
Experience developing Backend services; Micro Services, Rest based API or Web based API.
Experience building unit and integration tests.
