As a Staff Program Manager on the Solution Delivery team, you will leverage your deep understanding of change management and modern software product development processes to help shape how we work, learn, and innovate.  The Solution Delivery team is a strategic team of technical program managers, agile / lean program managers, and change managers.  We work to evolve our product development process, build strong communities, and foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement that supports a +$200M business realizing double digit growth in a fast-growing market. Your goal: help coordinate ShareFile’s transition from its current state to its desired future state by developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and benefit realization of the changes.


Role Overview:

Now, let’s get to the details.  This role will be mainly focused on the strategic, portfolio, and program layers to help evolve the operating model and ways of working towards better customer value sooner, safer, and happier. 

  • Serves as a trusted advisor across the organization for strategic, portfolio, and program planning cadences, stakeholders, and events
  • Engages with and establishes trusted working relationship with the business unit teams to understand their business objectives, develop improvement plans, and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Organize insights and identify options that will help optimize the flow of work across multiple teams throughout the product development life cycle
  • Motivates and enables others to take accountability to streamline product delivery process
  • Leverages data and metrics to derive insights and continuously identify improvement opportunities
  • Leads and coordinates change initiatives within the organization to drive these improvement opportunities to fruition
  • Leads the charge on building community, fostering inter-team collaboration, and a culture of continuous learning and continuous improvement


Your Superhero Uniform Includes:

  • 7+ years’ experience project management, program management, agile and lean principles and ways of working
  • Demonstrated ability to influence change throughout an organization
  • Experience leading and working with distributed teams

  • Proven experience working with cross-functional leaders to improve agility across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering and Product Management
  • Deep understanding of high performing teams, how to build them and key elements that take them to the next level
  • Startup mindset – highly passionate, team player, high sense of urgency, willingness to roll up sleeves and ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced business
