A Senior Quality Engineer that is comfortable working with provisional technologies. You enjoying designing, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging complex software applications and can deliver across all phases of the SDLC. Position Overview:

This position, which is within the Citrix DaaS Team, will initially focus on the testing of Citrix DaaS product line and will present you with a unique opportunity to expand problem-solving situations that will become a valuable career asset. Role Responsibilities:

  • Designs, tests, troubleshoots, and debugs complex software applications
  • Creates and maintain agile test planning & execution throughout SDLC while accounting for automation, functional, performance, stress and scalability
  • Performs exploratory testing and manages defects
  • Ensures customer success by providing technical guidance, assisting Support and DevOps teams in troubleshooting customer issues
  • Deliver training, best practices, and technical content to facilitate product adoption

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS or MS degree or equivalent in a technical field preferred, with at least 8 years of directly related work experience.  Equivalent experience may be substituted for formal education

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with virtualization and provisioning technologies such as Citrix Hypervisor/Xenserver, MS Hyper-V or VMware
  • Experience with cloud-computing platforms e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP, etc
  • Knowledge of .Net, Java, or Python
  • Windows Operating Systems/Active Directory knowledge
  • Scripting (PowerShell) knowledge
  • Knowledge of performance metrics interpretation
  • Experience working with OS & Networking advanced concepts
  • Experience with Windows Systems administration and MS Active Directory
