About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Evangelist to join our Marketing & Product business unit. In this high-impact role, you’ll serve as a key link between our cutting-edge solutions and our most valued customers, showcasing the power of our technology through compelling demonstrations and experiences. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-impact customer demonstrations, ensuring flawless AV/IT execution, and supporting onsite logistics for executive visits and strategic customer engagements.

You’ll work closely with account teams to understand customer challenges and tailor your approach to demonstrate how our solutions can help their organizations thrive. This is a hands-on role requiring technical depth, creativity, and excellent communication and coordination skills. The ideal candidate combines technical fluency with strong communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

You will be the technical host for all executive briefings in our brand-new Miami office, as well as travel to select tradeshow and hosted events to manage demo booths.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demos and Technical Discussion

    • Deliver engaging and impactful technical demonstrations for strategic customers and partners.

    • Maintain a deep understanding of our full product and services portfolio.

    • Collaborate with account teams to uncover customer pain points and create custom demo narratives that align with their needs.

    • Maintain and manage our demo lab infrastructure, including physical devices and cloud-hosted environments.

    • Manage alignment with internal teams (Sales, Product Management, Business Units) to keep demonstrations relevant and impactful.

    • Stay current with the latest developments in the End-User Computing (EUC) space and act as a trusted advisor in this domain.

  • AV and IT Management

    • Manage all technical aspects of the briefing center including displays, video conferencing, and demo infrastructure

    • Own the setup, testing, and troubleshooting of AV and connectivity systems before and during each briefing

  • Onsite Briefing Support

    • Serve as a key onsite lead for technical logistics before, during, and after briefings

    • Coordinate room setup, equipment readiness, and IT support in partnership with briefing managers and facilities

    • Ensure seamless integration between speakers, content, and technology to deliver a premium experience

    • Manage onsite catering

    • Complete any printing and room set up, including putting out swag, beverages and snacks, and any other hospitality needs

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Citrix and EUC technologies.

  • 3-5 years of experience in either a similar technical role, or pre-sales, solution engineering or technical marketing role.

  • Working knowledge of major cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).

  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure: virtualization, networking, and security best practices.

  • Hands-on experience with AV systems, Microsoft Teams or similar conference platforms and IT troubleshooting

  • Confident in presenting and demoing to executive-level audiences.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

  • A passion for technology storytelling and customer engagement.
