Role Overview:  ShareFile.com is a top driver of leads and bookings for our business and the face of our brand. We are looking for an experienced Web Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and help us accelerate growth and build best-in-class digital experiences.  The ideal candidate has previous B2B web marketing experience and a deep understanding of web systems and modern marketing technologies. This role is an integrated role, working closely with digital and demand teams, our social/paid teams, and others on the web strategy team, including analysts.

Role Responsibilities:  

  • Craft web experiences that streamline the customer journey and accelerate prospects through the eCommerce funnel.
  • Use analytics to help define web marketing goals, prioritize objectives, and report on KPIs
  • Partner closely with the search team to grow traffic and improve on-site performance– including informing site architecture and on-site search.
  • Partner with analytics teams to analyze data across the customer lifecycle to identify trends and opportunities for growth and inform design decisions
  • Transform complex data into easy-to-digest stories about website performance and opportunities for improvement
  • Define the web personalization programs that support eCommerce and digital and demand goals and objectives
  • Work with Content Strategy and Demand teams to define and deliver audiences and personalization programs that accelerate the customer journey
  • Deliver web personalization and audience segmentation innovations
  • Measure and report performance of all personalization and chat programs, and assess against goals
  • Utilize strong project management skills to track, communicate status, and deliver personalized experiences and operational projects on time

Your Superhero Uniform Includes:

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of B2B web marketing experience
  • Understanding of website/app development processes
  • Ability to lead IA/sitemap development, UX research, event tracking/goal conversion planning and web content strategy, leveraging target audience and SEO research that inform the overall web strategy

Your Superhero Strengths Include:  

  • Strong project management skills– including the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics and experience with digital analytics (Google Analytics preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with headless content management systems
  • Understanding of B2B demand generation channels and how they interplay with website technology, architecture, and content
  • Proven experience setting channel targets and managing KPIs
  • Strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative), with the ability to distill large amounts of data into simple language and action plans
  • Experience working with design and development teams–including knowledge of front-end and back-end web development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to establish credibility with key business partners within
  • Excellent planning, communication, and organization skills
