Role Overview:  The Web Marketing Specialist is focused on maintaining ShareFile’s websites. This position will drive operations of our website and collaborate with digital, demand and product marketing teams on multi-channel digital marketing programs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and be comfortable working across multiple projects daily, efficiently organizing workflows and delivering on deadlines.

Role Responsibilities:  

  • Manage, implement, and continuously test to improve our websites
  • Execute day-to-day website operations, including updating daily and weekly content
  • Partner with team to plan, maintain and improve online presence, and initiate new ways to enhance and develop our website presence
  • Work with digital and demand generation team members to improve traffic and lead conversion
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to design, develop and maintain core web personalization and chat programs and operational processes
  • Partner with the analytics teams to maintain critical performance insights and metrics that enable ongoing experience and conversion optimization
  • Measure and report performance of all tests and programs and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Utilize strong project management skills to track, communicate status, and deliver personalized experiences and operational projects on time
  • Manage a wide range of tactics, communication and assignments within the Marketing team to design, build and test web programs

Your Superhero Uniform Includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with delivering web experiences, audience management, personalized experiences, and chat strategy
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/jQuery, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio among others

  • Proficiency with web platforms and applications
