We appreciate that every individual is unique and that each person’s journey may be different. Team members who are considering, or have decided to, make a gender transition receive a support team to offer coaching and guidance. We have resources in place to empower the transitioning team member and their manager, team mates, and colleagues.
All active U.S. military team members are eligible to request a Military Leave of Absence where they will receive full pay for up to 30 days, then five months of the difference between current pay less military pay. The team member is also able to continue group health benefits at the same level of coverage, up to 24 months.
