Are you a visionary and experienced product design leader who thrives in collaborative environments and has a proven track record of leading teams to deliver exceptional user experiences at scale? If so, we want you on our team.

As a Director of Product Design, you will define and drive the UX vision for Citrix's enterprise cloud and on-premises products, used by millions worldwide. You will lead a team of talented designers, work closely with cross-functional leadership, and ensure design excellence through innovation, scalability, and user-centered design. You will foster an inclusive and diverse team culture, mentor designers, and advocate for the impact of design across the organization.

What you’ll do

  • Vision & strategy: Define and drive the UX vision for our enterprise products, ensuring alignment with Citrix’s business goals and product roadmap.

  • Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product management, and research teams to develop innovative, user-centered solutions that scale.

  • Design excellence: Advocate for high-quality design, accessibility, and consistency across platforms, leveraging scalable design systems.

  • User-centered approach: Leverage user research, data insights, and industry best practices to inform design decisions and product direction.

  • Scaling design impact: Develop and maintain scalable design systems and workflows that enhance efficiency and consistency.

  • Mentorship & team development: Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing design team, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation.

  • Industry influence: Represent Citrix at conferences, events, and industry thought leadership initiatives to elevate the role of design.

What you’ll bring

  • Extensive experience: 15+ years of product design experience, with a strong focus on enterprise software solutions.

  • Leadership excellence: Proven experience leading and managing a team of experienced product designers, with the ability to drive strategic impact.

  • Design expertise: Deep understanding of design thinking, user-centered design principles, and scalable design systems.

  • Figma mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including high-quality components, auto-layout, and variable creation.

  • Exceptional communication: Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate design concepts to product and engineering leadership.

  • Strategic thinking: Strong analytical skills to address complex challenges and develop innovative, user-first design solutions.

  • Industry engagement: Ability to influence and contribute to the broader design community through speaking engagements, articles, or research.

  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience and a strong portfolio showcasing extensive product design expertise and leadership.
