About This Team
The EBX team is focused on helping our customers in their Data Management journey by providing a solution called EBX.
The EBX Lead Education Instructor will be part of our Go-To-Market organization to help our customers and partners in their EBX adoption. The EBX Lead Education Instructor develops individual components or deliverables (i.e. hands-on lab exercises and lab environments, presentations, knowledge base documents, and student evaluations/exams) as part of training projects.
In this role, the EBX Lead Education Instructor will liaise with Engineering, Product Experts, and stakeholders within the EBX organization. The EBX Lead Education Instructor will have the opportunity to work with emerging technologies and features, and to develop learning solutions to improve the services we deliver to customers & partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work with limited supervision to provide training for customers, partners and internal support engineers on the installation, configuration, scripting, customization of the EBX product.
Develop individual components or deliverables (i.e. hands-on lab exercises and lab environments, presentations, knowledge base documents, and student evaluations/exams) as part of training projects.
Liaise with Engineering, Product Experts, and stakeholders within the EBX organization.
Ensures Product release training is delivered in a timely manner.
Promotes team environment by assisting with training and development of fellow employees to enhance skills and abilities in the performance of their duties.
Required Experience/Skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively present technical training material to various audiences (Support, Consultants, etc.). Includes non-traditional delivery methods such as training remote audiences through alternative technologies including videoconferencing and webinars.
Demonstrated ability to create high quality, advanced technical training collateral; including presentations, lab documentation and setup guides, whitepapers, knowledge base documents, and training videos.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead content development projects.
10+ years of IT industry experience with emphasis on Master Data Management preferred
Education
Bachelor's Degree in IT, computer science, or engineering.
