About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to drive large, complex software deals within the Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) vertical. This role is responsible for expanding strategic accounts, navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees, and delivering transformative value through our technology platform.
The ideal candidate is a top-performing enterprise seller with deep FSI expertise, exceptional executive-level communication skills, and a track record of consistently closing six- and seven-figure deals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Enterprise Selling
· Own the full enterprise sales cycle for major FSI accounts, from account planning and through negotiations and close.
· Build and execute strategic account plans targeting large banks, global financial institutions, regional banks, credit unions, insurance carriers, asset managers, and fintechs.
· Engage senior executives (CIO, CTO, CISO, COO, CRO, CDO, Head of Claims, Head of Underwriting) and articulate value aligned with enterprise priorities such as modernization, AI strategy, operational efficiency, compliance, and digital customer experience.
· Drive complex deal orchestration: legal, procurement, security reviews, technical evaluations, and ROI justification.
Business Development & Expansion
· Build long-term, trusted advisor relationships across technical, operational, and executive layers of the client organization.
· Lead cross-functional teams including Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to deliver a best-in-class sales experience.
· Expand footprint within existing enterprise accounts through multi-product adoption, global rollouts, and multi-year commercial structures.
· Maintain rigorous forecasting discipline and account strategy documentation.
Industry Expertise & Thought Leadership
· Maintain deep understanding of FSI regulatory frameworks, operating models, pain points, and transformation initiatives (e.g., AI adoption, fraud prevention, underwriting automation, digital banking, risk & compliance modernization).
· Serve as a subject matter expert in the market, representing the company at executive briefings, industry events, and strategic partner engagements.
· Provide market intelligence and feedback to Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to shape roadmap and GTM strategy.
Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NY generally ranges: $216,306-$324,458 CA generally ranges: $225,710-$338,565 All other locations fall under our General State range: $190,701-$286,052 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work.
