Jaspersoft is seeking a high energy, motivated, and resourceful Inside Sales Executive for our Americas region to respond to inbound prospect and customer inquiries and to execute outbound prospecting campaigns to targeted accounts. 

Job Description

The Inside Sales Executive is an important part of our marketing organization, following up on inbound leads and inquiries from our product trial, contact us, and community edition product downloads. They will run multi-channel outreach programs - email, calls, social media, etc. - to engage and connect with prospects with the goal of setting up meetings and qualifying them as opportunities for Account Executives. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting via key channels to schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives 

  • Act as a first point of contact for inbound inquiries through our online chat and contact us forms

  • Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner with a sense of urgency and purpose

  • Be able to understand and articulate Jaspersoft’s messaging and value proposition when communicating with prospects and customers

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for new business opportunities

  • Build strong relationships with within the organization, particularly in Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Support


Required Experience/Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • 0-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in B2B software or technology

  • Fast learner, with an interest in the tech industry

  • Resourceful, self-driven and motivated

  • Able to articulate value and uncover a prospect’s needs and challenges

  • Have a sense of curiosity and willingness to find answers when you don’t know them

  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in a similar role

  • Experience with Salesforce.com

  • Experience with sales engagement tools like Groove, Outreach, or SalesLoft

  • Experience working with online chat technology like Drift

  • Experience with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
