Role Overview: You are an exceptional, enthusiastic, soon to be recent college graduate. You are passionate about a career in professional sales. You are excited about technology, you have a positive attitude, and you consistently take the initiative. You have a desire to learn and develop, along with excellent written & verbal communication skills. Your outstanding interpersonal skills allow you to liaise with customers, sales and marketing teams, senior managers, and other business units. You embody the ShareFile core values of G.R.I.T. The position is a training program, built from the ground up by leaders in the industry, designed to kick-start your sales career, and to help you create a foundation of skills and tools that you can leverage as you advance in your career. You will have access to proven successful sales managers and coaches, along with mentors who are all ready to support and aid in the development of your sales career.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Effectively leverage CRM and third-party tools to source qualified prospects

  • Shadow current sales reps and teams to learn their process and what makes them effective in their roles

  • Use pre-established procedures and guidelines to respond to requests from internal and end-user customers, partners and distributors via phone, web, and email

  • Promote a positive team environment by assisting with training and development of novice employees to enhance skills and abilities in performance of their duties

  • Approach all tasks thoughtfully and professionally

  • Prioritize workload in order to meet all KPIs, goals, and objectives

  • Utilize enablement platforms to improve product and positioning knowledge
     

Your Superhero Uniform Includes:

  • Must possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent
     

Your Superhero Strengths Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (preferred)

  • Extracurricular campus activities

  • Participation in sales organizations or sales related internships
