Role Description

• Training and enabling variety of audience across Citrix Customer and Partners operating within and outside India on Citrix Platform and circumventing technologies through in-person/virtual/blended mechanisms

• Collaborate with all stakeholders to design and develop Training and Enablement Programs with outcome driven goals

• Conduct demonstrations of Citrix Platforms and circumventing solutions to make an impact on the audience to drive desired goals

• Quickly self-enable on latest updates on Citrix Platform capabilities and other technologies required to deliver effective trainings

• Prepare self-help guides, slide decks, cheat sheets and other supporting documentation required for audience

• Create and drive Surveys, Assessments, Quizzes and other evaluation methods for gauging training effectiveness

Technical Skills

• Expertise on End User Computing, Infrastructure (Cloud and On-Premises) and Security Domains

• Must have Citrix Expert Certification along with MS Azure Architect

• Security+ Certification or any other certification in Security Domain is a plus

• Any other Infrastructure Domain Certification is a plus

• Microsoft Certified Trainer accreditation is desired

• Must possess in depth knowledge on Windows, Linux, Storage and Networking fundamentals for on premise and Cloud based setup

• Knowledge of hosting platforms like Teams, Google Meet, Zoom or any other based on requirements

Soft Skills

• Ability to present complex technical concepts in simplest manner to diverse audience

• Adept at written and verbal communication and conversational skills

• Flexible to operate in different time zones to deliver enablement sessions

• Capability to work with audience across cultures to blend in and drive productive outcomes

• Ability to work with various teams internally to draw plans and goals

• Self-Learner and Problem-Solving attitude are a must

Education Qualifications:

Engineering Degree is a must preferably in Computer Science

Experience

• Must have worked 5+ Years as Administrator/Escalation Engineer/Field Engineer in End User Computing Domain in well known IT Services or Software Organization

• Must have 5+ Years experience as Instructor for Global Audience 

• Overall IT experience in Infrastructure domain across roles must be over 12 years
