About the Role
Citrix is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of App Protection and end point security within Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD). This role is critical in enhancing security for virtual environments by ensuring endpoint compliance, risk mitigation, and advanced threat protection.
As a security-focused product lead, you will define and evolve capabilities that protect Citrix deployments from key attack vectors such as keylogging, screen capture attacks, and unauthorized device access. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, security researchers, customers, and partners to ensure Citrix’s security solutions align with evolving enterprise needs.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of experience in Product Management (or equivalent) in endpoint security, virtualization security, or enterprise security products.
A University degree is mandatory (Engineering preferred) and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience; or Master’s degree (MBA) with 6 years; or PhD with 3 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of endpoint security, device posture assessment, Zero Trust models, and security threats.
Experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix DaaS, or similar virtualization platforms is a plus
Understanding of end point OS Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android , Chrome, HTML5
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, security, UX, and customer-facing teams.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with endpoint security, threat detection, or behavioral risk scoring.
Understanding of cloud security, identity management, and endpoint protection technologies.
Eloquent and articulate in communicating customer value
Prior experience working with Citrix, VMware, Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, or similar endpoint security solutions.
