We are seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to join our mission of creating the modern and secure developer workplace, where efficiency, security, and innovation converge. This role focuses on shaping the direction of the future of efficiency in application development, DevOps, and data security by working on Citrix's cutting-edge new developer platform based on a Secure Cloud Development Environment.
As a Lead Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in deploying, configuring, and optimizing secure, scalable, and innovative solutions that empower developers and enterprises to thrive in a dynamic and secure ecosystem. You will work closely with customers to deploy the platform and optimize their infrastructure, collaborating with the engineering team to ensure successful implementation and integration. As the boots on the ground at key Citrix customers, you will provide hands-on support and guidance, driving impactful architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence.
Personal Leadership
Deploy and configure scalable, secure, and innovative software architectures for our next-generation developer platform.
Lead the development of key features, optimizations, and integrations that enhance the modern and secure developer workplace.
Champion strategies that drive customer process improvements in application development, DevOps, and data security, based on the features of the platform, reinforcing the vision of a modern developer platform.
Develop prototypes, proof of concepts (PoCs), and initial frameworks to set standards for the engineering team, ensuring alignment with the principles of efficient and secure development.
Cross-team Collaboration
Contribute to the technical product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and advancing the capabilities of the modern and secure developer workplace.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, fostering a positive culture of collaboration and learning.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver impactful solutions that emphasize security, efficiency, and innovation.
Customer Success
Based on your experience and customer exposure, advocate for best practices in secure development and modern DevOps methodologies that support the goals of a secure and efficient developer environment.
Engage with customers and partners to understand their needs and ensure our solutions align with the long-term goals and vision of a modern and secure developer workplace.
Foster adoption of the platform by collaborating with customers to ensure successful integration and implementation. Provide training, technical support, and guidance when necessary to drive customer success and satisfaction.
Proven experience in a senior technical role, such as Senior Engineer, Architect, or Distinguished Engineer, with expertise in system design, distributed architectures, and scalable solutions.
Strong understanding of the code development process, including best practices, pipelines, and workflows, and leveraging DevOps principles, tools, and practices to streamline development and operations.
Knowledge of cloud platforms, Kubernetes, containers, and virtualization technologies, with familiarity in integrating Citrix DaaS products into enterprise environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in customer or partner-facing roles.
Knowledge of Cloud Development Environments and developer platforms, as well as their role and applications in modern software engineering workflows.
Knowledge of data security practices, especially as they pertain to code development, deployment, operations, and infrastructure security.
Experience leading projects or initiatives with significant business or technical impact, including creating PoCs and setting technical direction for teams.
Exposure to product management or business strategy concepts.
