Lead Web Experience Manager

As the lead web experience manager, you will build the content, optimization, and execution strategy for Citrix.com and its associated websites. Your focus will be on enhancing the user experience and supporting our business objectives through our customers’ digital experience on our web properties. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the Citrix marketing organization and the Cloud Software Group operations organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Web Strategy & Optimization:

    • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to continuously improve web experiences, focusing on user experience, performance, content delivery, and design aesthetics.

    • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align the website’s goals with broader company objectives.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work cross-functionally with designers, developers, content creators, and product managers to ensure smooth execution of website updates and enhancements.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for web-related requests from various internal teams.

  • Analytics & Reporting:

    • Utilize web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to measure website performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics.

    • Provide regular reports on web performance, user insights, and areas for improvement to stakeholders.

  • Content & SEO:

    • Collaborate with content teams and external agency support as needed to ensure the website is updated regularly with fresh, engaging, and SEO-optimized content.

    • Work with agency partners to monitor SEO performance and help ensure the website is optimized for search visibility and discoverability.

  • Technical Leadership:

    • Partner with development teams to ensure the website is technically sound, scalable, and secure.

    • Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry best practices, ensuring that the website evolves to meet user needs and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • 10+ years of experience in web management, digital marketing, or related roles, ideally within a technology or SaaS company.

    • Proven experience in web strategy, user experience, and optimizing web performance.

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).

    • Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and A/B testing platforms.

    • Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
