Our Operations team plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing the growth of our dynamic and ever-evolving Marketing organization. The team partners closely with Marketing to streamline business planning and effectiveness through process engineering, analytics, and the deployment of marketing technology platforms. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and data-driven individual to join us in driving operational excellence

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Participate in implementation, migration, operationalization and/or management of one or more elements of the Marketing tech stack, developing in-depth knowledge of the platform’s data and structures, collaborating with Marketing and IT to manage improvements of relevant platforms.
  • Analyze marketing data to uncover actionable insights that drive marketing performance and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide coaching to help other Marketing team members build data insights and effective communication around those insights
  • Design, implement and manage various processes and initiatives as needed in support of an evolving Marketing organization

Required Experience/Skills:

  • 8+ years' experience with data analytics, including data interpretation and narrative development
  • 8+ years' experience in marketing operations or related roles, with a strong focus on platform implementation, process & data architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical project management, including overseeing timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coach and collaborate with team members.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or other reporting platforms.
  • High proficiencies with business intelligence (BI) tools such as SQL, and data visualization techniques using Power BI and/or Looker.

Optional Experience/Skills:

  • Experience with vendor management and procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.
