About This Team:
As part of the Integration Team , the role leads cross-functional initiatives that directly shape the company’s long-term business and technology direction. Partnering closely with engineering, product management, and business stakeholders, this role ensures alignment between product strategies and market needs, with a focus on key technology domains such as cloud, AI/ML, and integration. Operating across multi-region teams and distributed operations, the Program Manager drives execution of high-impact programs, enabling global-scale innovation, transformation, and measurable business outcomes.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with engineering, product management, and global stakeholders to drive execution, manage dependencies, and align priorities across distributed teams.
Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and champion change initiatives to ensure adoption of frameworks that support innovation and transformation.
Innovation & Transformation: Develop and institutionalize scalable models, processes, and best practices that modernize operations and enable technology-led transformation in cloud, AI/ML, and integration.
Metrics & Impact: Define KPIs and success metrics that measure business impact, ensuring accountability for outcomes such as adoption, ROI, and market relevance.
Change Adoption: Drive organizational readiness and adoption by aligning business processes, communication, and training with program outcomes.
Customer Impact: Ensure that program outcomes translate into measurable customer impact, enhancing product adoption, satisfaction, and market competitiveness.
Operational Excellence: Improve efficiency, predictability, and visibility of programs through disciplined planning, execution, and governance.
