About This Team:
As part of the Integration Team , the role leads cross-functional initiatives that directly shape the company’s long-term business and technology direction. Partnering closely with engineering, product management, and business stakeholders, this role ensures alignment between product strategies and market needs, with a focus on key technology domains such as cloud, AI/ML, and integration. Operating across multi-region teams and distributed operations, the Program Manager drives execution of high-impact programs, enabling global-scale innovation, transformation, and measurable business outcomes.


Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • . Strategic Program Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale programs spanning multiple business units and geographies, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with engineering, product management, and global stakeholders to drive execution, manage dependencies, and align priorities across distributed teams.

  • Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and champion change initiatives to ensure adoption of frameworks that support innovation and transformation.

  • Innovation & Transformation: Develop and institutionalize scalable models, processes, and best practices that modernize operations and enable technology-led transformation in cloud, AI/ML, and integration.

  • Metrics & Impact: Define KPIs and success metrics that measure business impact, ensuring accountability for outcomes such as adoption, ROI, and market relevance.

  • Change Adoption: Drive organizational readiness and adoption by aligning business processes, communication, and training with program outcomes.

  • Customer Impact: Ensure that program outcomes translate into measurable customer impact, enhancing product adoption, satisfaction, and market competitiveness.

  • Operational Excellence: Improve efficiency, predictability, and visibility of programs through disciplined planning, execution, and governance.

  • Executive Communication: Provide clear, concise, and transparent updates on program milestones, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership, enabling informed decision-making.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Track record of successfully leading multi-disciplinary, global teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Required Experience:

  • Requires mastery level knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have deep knowledge of project management.
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 8 years; or PhD with 5 years of experience.
  • Recognized master in professional discipline

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NY generally ranges: $189,980-$284,970 CA generally ranges: $198,240-$297,360 All other locations fall under our General State range: $165,200-$247,800 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
