The Business Operations team is responsible for ensuring the business runs smoothly. Groups manage global subscriptions and renewals in close coordination with the Customer organization, ensure that accurate business intelligence (BI) and analytics data is available to leaders, maintain the global supply chain and delivery pipelines, and prioritize customer experience (CX) along with members of our Customer Success organization.
