Our Legal, Compliance, and Audit (LCA) team is comprised of legal, security, and audit professionals who work together to manage Cloud Software Group’s legal and regulatory compliance, facilitate the development and commercialization of products, and keep the company, its confidential and proprietary information, and its employees secure.

In addition to managing core legal functions, including corporate law and litigation, the team works closely with the business to advise on matters of intellectual property (IP), commercial transactions, privacy and digital risk, employee relations, commercial law, and physical safety and security of sites, events, and people through its Global Security Risk Services (GSRS) team. Its Internal Audit function manages audit across the company and reports its results to management and the Board.
