You will be joining a talented and collaborative team of 15+ professionals dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions using TIBCO Scribe Online, a leading cloud-based integration platform as a service (iPaaS). Our team supports business analysts, systems integrators, and SaaS vendors by providing maximum speed and flexibility in integrating diverse systems. TIBCO Scribe Online offers connectors to a wide range of applications, including CRM, marketing automation, accounting, and ecommerce, as well as technology connectors for databases and text files. Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Microsoft SQL Server.

  • Work independently or collaboratively to solve moderately complex problems, drawing from prior experience and in-depth analysis of issues.

  • Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to junior developers and team members within the job area.

  • Identify and implement improvements to processes, systems, or products to enhance performance and efficiency.

  • Take ownership of entire projects or processes, including delegation of tasks and review of others’ work, when assigned.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties (e.g., customers, vendors) to align on policies, practices, and procedures.

  • Influence operational-level decisions regarding technical practices and procedures within and outside the job function.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve difficult technical issues, considering broader implications across multiple job areas or specialties.

  • Contribute to achieving operational targets that significantly impact departmental results.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience); or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience; or a PhD with no prior experience required.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in software development with expertise in:

    • C# leveraging .NET Framework and .NET Core

    • TypeScript

    • JavaScript

    • Microsoft SQL Server (or equivalent database technologies)
       

  • Advanced knowledge of software development practices, typically gained through a combination of education and experience.

  • Proven ability to work independently under limited supervision and manage moderately complex problems.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience solving issues through prior experience and critical thinking.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to take complex requirements and  breakdown and provide accurate estimates 

Preferred Qualifications (Add-ons)

  • Experience interacting with Rest and Soap API’s 

  • Practical knowledge of project management.

  • Experience with tools such as:

    • JIRA for project tracking and agile workflows.

    • TeamCity for continuous integration and deployment.

    • GitHub for version control and collaboration.

    • Black Duck for software composition analysis and security.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms or iPaaS solutions (e.g., TIBCO Scribe Online).

  • Experience converting .NET framework applications to .NET Core

  • F# familiarity is a plus

  • Familiarity with building cloud native applications for the AWS and Azure cloud platforms

  • Experience authorizing with third party systems over OAuth
