About This Team:
Given the breadth of support needed across C-level executives (CISO and GM) and multiple business units, the ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of discretion. They should be adept at managing complex schedules, coordinating international travel, and handling sensitive information with confidentiality. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is crucial, as is the ability to work independently and proactively. Additionally, proficiency with Workday, Egencia, Zoom, Google Suite, and other relevant tools is essential.


Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Workday / Workday expense
  • Egencia travel booking platform
  • Zoom / Google meet
  • Google Calendar and Gmail 
  • GSuite apps ie drive, sheets, docs etc
  • Experience in a professional position in a very fast paced environment
  • Works under limited supervision, resourceful to solve problems that are moderately complex
  • Requires advanced knowledge of the job area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
  • minimum of 5-7 years of experience supporting an C-Level executive
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years; or a PhD without experience.

Job Description: 

  • Responsible for making improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of the job area. Problems and issues faced are difficult and may require understanding of broader set of issues.
  • Problems typically involve consideration of multiple issues, job areas or specialties.
  • May be responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area.
  • May manage projects at this level, requiring responsibility for the delegation of work and the review of others' work product.
  • Heavy calendar management (Google Calendar)
  • Ability to arrange and book complex travel itinerary including International travel
  • Works independently under limited supervision
  • May be responsible for entire projects or processes within the job area
  • Event planning
  • Meeting set up
  • Obtain Knowledge of company policies and processes 
  • Communicates with parties within and outside of their own job function
  • Responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.)

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges: $108,211-$162,317 CA generally ranges: $112,916-$169,374 All other locations fall under our General State range: $94,097-$141,145 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
