Job Description Summary
The HRG Europe role will align the COE outputs and local HRBP delivery. The aim is to build efficiencies and create scale, to help HRBPs deliver consistent experiences across Europe. Core services include: 1) Provide input to COEs (including cross functional teams for enterprise-wide, HR Transformation efforts), representing the voice of the HRBP, as they design solutions from ideation through execution; 2) Support HRBPs in execution and business specific customizations (ROB delivery); 3) Create, deliver and maintain HRBP tools, resources and communications
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Own and deliver on ROB engagement plans and communications, ensuring the HRBP community is well informed and engaged real-time, with resources to support their delivery of work
Provide independent operational support to employees and managers on HR matters during the HR lifecycle in the assigned area
Collaborate with the works councils in a cooperative and trustful way
Provide fortnightly cadence of data; include initial analysis and recommendations (attrition, compensation, onboarding/offboarding, ERG feedback, etc.)
Support restructuring efforts (working with the business to create and validate business justifications, participate and/or lead legal reviews, act as HR notifier, etc.)
Support M&A activities as required
Frequent feedback loop with the HR Business Partner community. Establish routines and forums to regularly gather the HRBP point of view on a variety of business issues and challenges. Seek to understand and anticipate what HRBPs will need to deliver to the business.
Continue strong partnership with aligned HR Center Of Excellences (COEs) including HR Operations, Workforce Planning, People Analytics and Manager led hiring. Collaborate with COEs to innovate and design practical solutions to address identified and prioritized challenges and opportunities, while representing the voice of the HRBP.
Responsible for providing coaching, guidance, and training to others as required
Assist with HR projects (as assigned / requested by Geo HRBP leader)
Support global Mobility / Immigration as required

Support procurement as required across Europe
Required Experience/Skills:
University or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent i.e. CIPD
Experienced HR professional with several years of relevant HR experience throughout the full HR life cycle, ideally in a fast paced and dynamic international corporate environment
Strong knowledge of labor laws and experience in collaborating with works councils
Ability to work under limited supervision
Analytical thinker with effective problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Tech savvy change agent
Experience with simplification initiatives
High degree of flexibility and solution-oriented thinking
Native German required
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Expert in Workday
Proficiency with Google Applications such as Gmail, Google Meet, Google Docs, Google Sheets
