Job Description/Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Account Technology Strategists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Strategic Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor for customers, providing expert guidance on technology roadmaps, digital transformation strategies, and solutions that meet both business and IT objectives.
Solution Design & Execution: Collaborate with customers to design and deliver tailored technology solutions that drive business outcomes, ensuring alignment with customer needs and priorities.
Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, helping to drive customer consumption, adoption, and retention by aligning technology strategies with business goals.
Collaboration with Sales & Product Teams: Partner with sales, engineering, and product management teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers, supporting sales efforts with technical expertise, presentations, and value proposition development.
Customer Advocacy: Champion the customer's needs within the organization, ensuring their goals are met and expectations are exceeded, driving strong, long-term relationships.
Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay current with emerging trends and technologies to provide forward-thinking solutions that anticipate future customer needs and industry developments.
Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and report on team performance, tracking key metrics such as customer satisfaction, engagement, and account growth. Develop action plans to address any challenges.
Process Optimization: Lead the continuous improvement of processes and workflows within the ATS team to improve efficiency and effectiveness in customer engagements.
Proven experience in a technology leadership role, such as Account Technology Strategist, Solutions Architect, or similar, with at least 5 years of management experience.
Strong technical knowledge and experience in [insert relevant technology stack or industry], with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards success.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships, drive customer success, and identify new business opportunities.
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, product management, and other teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record in driving business growth and technology adoption within enterprise accounts.
