Senior Partner Technical Strategist (PTS) is a technical expert who empowers Citrix partner channels to design, sell and deliver Citrix products and values to the customers. Primarily working with the master distributor, Senior PTS will focus on enabling the partners as representatives of Citrix to deliver messages, technical expertise that informs and accelerates partner solution development, and craft value propositions essential to increasing partner capability, customer consumption and adoption, and market impact, which all these centered around Citrix platform. Senior PTS will foster deep collaboration to drive mutual growth as well.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enablement & Readiness: Drive technical enablement to build partner capabilities across the Citrix platform. Overcome technical and competitive objections, accelerating the technical evaluations at the customers.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide deep technical guidance on architecture, security, compliance, performance optimization and best practices.
  • Business Growth Support: Identify and accelerate opportunities for partners to expand market reach and customer adoption.
  • Co-Sell Engagement: Partner with sales team to support joint go-to-market activities and ensure technical readiness for expansion or new adoption opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with partners, technology alliances and Citrix go-to-market teams and leadership to foster long-term collaboration.
  • Product Feedback: Capture customer concerns and enhancement requests via partners and relay them to product teams.


Qualifications

  • Broad understanding of the following: DaaS / VDI, Applications, Enterprise Browser, Enterprise Mobility Management, Networking, Enterprise Security, Data Management, Data Analytics
  • 5+ years of technical customer service, systems engineering, or pre-sales experience in high-tech with a record of success in driving customer adoption
  • TOEIC score of 750 or higher. Demonstrate the communication and  presentation effectively in both Japanese and English.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and virtualization technologies, with familiarity in integrating CVAD/DaaS products into enterprise environments.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, and a proven “forward thinker.”
  • Strong understanding of business processes and their implementation into enterprise applications
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight
  • Prioritizes and manages many diverse tasks, objectives, and risks
  • Oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • The following certifications are preferably acknowledged:
    Citrix Certified Expert Virtualization (CCE-V), Citrix Certified Professional – Virtualization, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service on Citrix Cloud Certified (CC-VAD-CC), Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service Integration with Microsoft Azure Certified (CC-VAD-MA) or Virtual Apps and Desktops Service Integration with Amazon Web Services Certified (CC-VAD-AWS), Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator, or Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Google Associate Cloud Engineer, Updated Security Certifications
