  • Complex Case Management: Serve as the escalation point for complex employee inquiries.
  • Process Optimization:  Continuously evaluate, map, and re-engineer People Shared Services workflows to eliminate friction, reduce processing times, and scale operations globally. Lead the design and documentation of People Operations workflow automation with Workday to improve efficiency and the employee experience.
  • Data Integrity & Compliance: Conduct regular audits of the HRIS (Workday) to ensure 100% data accuracy. Support compliance reporting and auditor requests.
  • Project Leadership: Own small-to-medium scale People Ops projects, such as migrating employee records.
  • Compliance: Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to monitor, audit, and update HR processes in alignment with changing regional labor laws.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Management: Own and maintain the Americas HR knowledge base and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guarantee consistency and compliance with local regulations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the internal point of contact for the team to escalate onboarding system access issues with HRIT and IT.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or as an HR Generalist within a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Technology: Proficiency in Workday.
  • Data & Analytics: Strong capability in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools is highly desirable.
  • Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proven track record of resolving ambiguous, multifaceted HR issues.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Americas employment labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, discretion with sensitive data, and a "process-first" mindset.
