Job Description Summary
Senior Sales Ops Analyst is a key role working with different functions to maintain an efficient sales operations in the region for the Spotfire and Jaspersoft BUs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Sales Operations function for Spotfire and Jaspersoft business Units in EMEA.
  • Provide sales support for quote creation, complex carts, conversions, quote validation and approvals.
  • Support regional sales leadership in forecasting and reporting.
  • Work with regional sales leaders on initiatives to improve sales process.
  • Assist and validate deals in line with Delegation of Authority and Corporate Guidelines on ARR growth.
  • Identify and resolve issues/blockers in the quote/order form process working with cross department stake holders.
  • Monitor sales hygiene in CRM and work with sales leaders to correct any errors.
  • Onboard new hire AEs on systems and processes.
  • Enable AEs on best practices on system and process.
  • Contribute to updating the Sales Operations Playbook.

    Experience:

    Required

    • Minimum of 3-5 years working in software industry experience
    • Experience with working with sales, customers and partners
    • Understanding of software licensing metrics and software contracts
    • Good skills in Microsoft Office/Google apps and experience with Hubspot/Oracle CRM
    • Be able to work flexible hours
    • The person should be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, be self-motivated, have a structured and methodical way of working

    Preferred

    • Working experience in an international or global environment
