  • Preparation and review of statutory accounts
  • Preparation of statutory bridges for the audit and completion of financial statements
  • Planning and completion of statutory audits, liaison with external auditors and accounting providers.
  • Review of internal reporting under US GAAP to include balance sheet, income statement and variance analysis as needed.
  • Review of balance sheet reconciliations as part of the monthly accounting close as needed.
  • Full responsibility for all financial accounting requirements for all assigned entities including provision of annual information for financial statements and other related reports.
  • Completion and filing of government statistical returns.
  • Preparation and input of journal entries in the secondary ledger.
  • Liaison with FP&A department to include review & analysis of the accounts.
  • Other ad hoc finance tasks.
