About The Product

Citrix Secure Private Access (SPA) is a cloud-delivered Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) service that provides secure, granular access to sanctioned SaaS, web, and TCP/UDP applications from any device, managed or personal. It replaces traditional VPNs with adaptive policies, single sign-on (SSO), and contextual security controls (e.g., restricting downloads, printing, or watermarking).

Position Overview

 The Citrix Secure Private Access (SPA) Engineering team is  responsible for the design, development, and evolution of Zero Trust Network Access . We build large-scale distributed systems that set the technical backbone for security, reliability, performance and  compliance for any organization. Our engineers work on complex system design problems, core feature development, scalability challenges, and platform modernization initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot large scale distributed systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Passionate and comfortable in doing code, design and security reviews.

• Participate in evaluating the feasibility of proposed projects and contribute to planning.

• You will be expected to contribute to multiple projects according to business needs. 

• Define, implement, and automate test cases to ensure high product quality.

• Own and resolve customer issues and escalations, while driving continuous improvements to meet internal and external customer expectations.

• Demonstrate a strong results-oriented mindset and align personal goals with team and business objectives.

Skills, Experience & Qualification needed:
 

• BTech/MTech in CS or a related field.

• 5+ years of software development experience with a proven track record in system design and implementation.

• Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python/GoLang is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of Networking and computer science concepts like Operating system, Multi-Threaded Programming, Data Structure and algorithms. 

• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills .

• Experience with test automation frameworks and understanding of automation best practices is a plus.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP or Kubernetes platform is a plus.
