Strategic Partner Managers - Services are responsible for the partner relationships for their assigned partners and/or territory.  In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a partner base made up of Citrix Preferred Services Partners driving our joint GTM strategy, business plans, and success metrics.  The Services SPM is expected to retain and grow partner investment, loyalty, and commitment by delivering a world class experience and supporting the growth of each partner’s CSG services practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary evangelist of CSG value and services opportunity within assigned partners
  • Ensure integration of CSG priorities, messaging, and strategies into partner’s GTM approach
  • Develop and execute joint business planning within partner base to drive services growth and mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Assist partners with leveraging the CSG services and compete promotions to drive expansion within customer accounts
  • Ensure partners are strategically enabled on CSG products and GTM through the orchestration (w/enablement team, solution engineers and services teams) of training and enablement
  • Coordinate executive engagement between Preferred Services partners and CSG leadership
  • Facilitate the curation of resources to promote and market each partner’s CSG services expertise within CSG
  • Work with the CSG Services team to oversee partner NPS scores and drive service delivery best practices
  • Maintain alignment between CSG business unit(s) and Preferred Services partners to foster collaboration and stay abreast of product updates
  • Drive engagement with CSG sales to identify accounts for joint engagement

Candidate Requirements:

  • 8+ years in partner management or equivalent experience.
  • History of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth in technology sales.
  • Familiarity with the global IT software industry
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, including channel partners and service providers.
  • High level of overall business acumen and understanding of partner business models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to handle multiple assignments at any given time.
  • Passion for driving innovation and adapting to fast-paced environments.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges: $142,968-$214,452 CA generally ranges: $149,184-$223,776 All other locations fall under our General State range: $124,320-$186,480 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
