Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end healthcare solution strategy, including market segmentation, priority use cases, solution packaging, roadmap alignment, and differentiation for healthcare provider, payer, and adjacent healthcare segments.
  • Engage regularly with healthcare CIOs, CTOs, clinical technology leaders, and other senior stakeholders to translate market insight, customer needs, and workflow requirements into an integrated healthcare roadmap for Citrix products and solutions.
  • Maintain and expand strategic engagement with Epic, Oracle Health, and other leading healthcare application and solution providers to ensure Citrix remains a trusted, integrated, and growing part of the healthcare technology ecosystem.
  • Identify, build, and manage strategic healthcare partnerships that extend Citrix’s relevance in clinical, operational, security, and compliance workflows and expand the company’s healthcare ecosystem.
  • Partner with security, privacy, legal, and compliance teams to ensure healthcare solutions meet customer expectations for trust, resilience, privacy, regulatory readiness, and secure access to sensitive clinical and operational data.
  • Partner with corporate development, product, and engineering leaders to identify and evaluate potential acquisitions, investments, or technology partnerships that add healthcare-specific capabilities to the Citrix platform.
  • Work closely with the healthcare go-to-market team to protect and grow Citrix’s healthcare business by aligning product priorities, solution packaging, customer proof points, partner strategy, and field enablement.
  • Serve as a visible Citrix healthcare thought leader with customers, partners, analysts, industry forums, and strategic accounts by articulating Citrix’s healthcare vision, roadmap, and differentiated value proposition.
  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, and tradeoffs clearly to executive leadership, product, engineering, sales, marketing, partners, and customers to drive visibility, alignment, and accountability against agreed objectives.
  • Lead through influence across product, engineering, design, security, compliance, sales, and customer success teams to deliver healthcare solutions on committed timelines while balancing customer urgency, regulatory expectations, platform priorities, and business outcomes.
Required qualifications
  • 20+ years of product, technology, or solutions leadership experience, including significant experience in healthcare technology.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare provider and payer environments, clinical workflows, security and compliance requirements, and major healthcare applications.
  • Proven ability to define product strategy, build executive customer relationships, influence cross-functional teams, and translate market needs into scalable platform capabilities.
  • Experience working with healthcare CIOs, CTOs, clinical leaders, ecosystem partners, and go-to-market teams.
Success measures
Success in this role will be measured by adoption of the Citrix technology stack across healthcare customers, including growth in the number of customers using key platform capabilities, increased depth of usage per customer, expansion of healthcare-specific solutions across clinical and operational workflows, stronger integration with major healthcare applications, and the use of customer-level adoption data to prioritize roadmap decisions, demonstrate business impact, and drive retention and expansion.
