Administrative Assistant supporting Sr Executive Assistant to CEO

We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist manager by handling various office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and working on projects

  • Supports Sr Executive Assistant to CEO by providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Responsible for carrying out administrative duties such as filing, copying, expense reports, travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, etc.
  • Responsible for administrative projects and work results
  • Maintains supply inventory and anticipates needed supplies.
  • Completes other tasks such as personal assistant requests by CEO.
  • Provides polite and professional communication via phone, email and in person.

Skills and Qualifications include:

  • Google Suite experience
  • Attention to details
  • Organizational skills and efficient time management
  • Experience managing processes and suggesting efficiencies
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze information and reporting skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ year’s relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Google Suite products, adobe acrobat, expense reporting, etc.
