So, how can you contribute as part of the ShareFile team? We want someone with exceptional project and program management skills, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful results. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at communication, and embraces continuous improvement.    

In the Program Manager role within Product & Technology, you'll shape ShareFile's software development processes, partnering with engineering and product teams to define strategy, align efforts, and ensure successful program delivery. You will focus on driving software solutions to meet strategic objectives and enhance customer value.

Your goal is to facilitate ShareFile's growth by ensuring effective software delivery and continuous process improvement. This includes:

  • Monitoring project progress, mitigating risks, and resolving issues to keep initiatives on track.

  • Communicating program status to stakeholders, including executives and team members.

  • Facilitating communication channels and feedback loops for alignment and transparency.

  • Collaborating with product teams to align releases with customer needs.

  • Developing plans and timelines to support project change management.

  • Engaging with domain strategy teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Leveraging data and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Managing day-to-day tasks to meet customer expectations.

  • Fostering collaboration and a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years relevant experience in project and program management supported by agile and lean ways of working in a SaaS development environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any science or technology domain.

  • Experience with program tracking tools like Jira, MSProject, Trello, etc.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence change with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience driving complex projects from ideation to delivery.

  • Experience working with distributed teams and global stakeholders.
